Caney Creek Heroes has been in the studio this week mixing a full length album with engineer Charles Ray. The band is taking advantage of the analog sound by mixing down every song to half inch tape straight from the Solid State Logic Duality mixing console.
Kimberly Wyatt of the Pussycat Dolls fame recently had some work done for her new song “Not Just a Doll” at both Digital Services Recording Studio and Cold Chamber Studios. Additional drum recording was performed by Charles Ray in Studio A and the song was mastered by Mark Kidney in Studio C from 1/2 inch Reel to Reel tape. You may hear the song below.
